With over 27 years of experience in technology and project management, Sarangjit has built a diverse career path spanning from AI and Data Analytics project management to Digital Transformation for national-level organizations.

Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Co-Connect, she plays a pivotal role in leveraging AI to drive project management efficiency while coaching Data Analyst and Data Scientist teams to accelerate their skill development.

Beyond her technical expertise, Sarangjit is deeply passionate about crafts and handmade arts. Certified as a Patchwork and Quilt Instructor by the Japan Handicraft Instructors Association (JHIA) since 2019, she founded Mata Craft Studio as a space to share knowledge and the joy of creation. She is also frequently invited to teach at various craft institutes, such as Paiweaver and Luxx Craft.
